Missy
Shawna was mother's cat and after mother passed away we brought Shawna to live with us in Oct. 2000.
She was a quiet cat and it took some time for her to get used to Aspen, a few months but after that time period she was fine.  Now, she had wee Missy, the little torment and I think that made Shawna feel younger, so Missy was good for her and then she had Aspen, the kitty stalker.

To our knowledge she was in great health but last week she didn't eat, so my husband and I kept asking each other if we filled her dish and he hadn't and I hadn't so thought we must get her to our vet but we tried furball stuff but still had to have her checked out.
The vet gave his opinion and when  he said she looked sick and my daughter said same the other day, I told him I was not taking her home to watch her not eat plus he mentioned other reasons for going off their food

She was very close to me, she slept with me, purring to beat the band right to the end and I gave her my last kiss

Shawna, you were a lady

Mommy, Daddy, Aspen & Missy (especially) miss and love you very much but we know you will romp with Jasper, MC, Hobo and your cousin Blondie

Many Kitty Kisses and Hugs
